Breakages

We have had to get in touch with the insurance company regarding our shipping due to the multiple breakages.  They are already saying it is too late to claim on the missing crate of kitchen equipment, as we had to claim within 7 days, but I am sure we mentioned it earlier than 7 days so will have to go back over the e-mails to confirm it.
