There are two main websites for finding accommodation to buy and rent in Australia that we have been using. Although it is still far to early to start looking seriously (as we haven't even decided which state we will be in!), it is good to check every now and again to see what house prices are doing, and what sort of area we could realistically afford to live in. They are Domain and Realestate. They are near enough identical sites, just one is green and one is red!
The biggest problem with this premature searching is that I end up getting impatient and wishing I could be there now, and forget I still have to get my visa and competency assessment sorted before we can even consider it.
