We got back from our holiday to Croatia on Tuesday and B was straight back to work, I at least had Tuesday off and didn't start back at work until yesterday. It seems in just the two days I was away, things have gone from bad to worse and work is now more stressful than ever. Still one promising thing, this weekend will be my last on-call ever.
The holiday was certainly a welcome break, and apart from Monday and Tuesday the weather was glorious. We spent a fair bit of time on the beach, which is an unusual activity for us on holiday, and we could have done with a couple of extra days, just so we could have enjoyed it some more. Still we will have plenty of sunny beaches to enjoy soon enough.
