Well, despite my earlier rant I still need to sit my CAOP exam, and so today I once again made my trip to the post office in order to submit yet another application form. This one will set me back a heavy $1350 AUD, not sure how much that will work out in pounds, as the exchange rate seems very volatile at the moment.
Now in order to prepare for this exam, I need to get hold of a couple of new books. Namely the Australian Medicines Handbook and the Australian Pharmacy Handbook and Formulary. These two books are available from the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia. The main reason for getting these two books is because they are both texts that are allowed in the open book CAOP exam, along with the current BNF.
